Lon Blais was one of the first personalities on the GFQ Network and is the only member of the network not born and raised in Queens. For 20 years, Lon taught Junior High School English (among his students – Andrew Zarian). Lon retired very early to pursue a series of life-long dreams – among them, getting all his union cards as an actor & stage director, writing, traveling, long distance cycling (now twice cross country) and being a life coach. He is co-host of Monday night’s “I’m Just Saying” 7pm est (with Joanna Blais) and often a contributor (in his guise as “Edgy Lon”) on Thursday’s “Andrew Zarian Show” 8pm eastern.
